Villa Traiano offers two exclusive wedding venues in the heart of Benevento, Campania: the Winter Garden under a crystal vault (up to 250 guests) and Villa Belvedere with a panoramic pool overlooking the Sannio hills (up to 300 guests). Our wedding planner handles every detail from ceremony to reception, catering and floral design.
The Winter Garden hosts up to 250 guests in standing layout and up to 200 seated. Villa Belvedere accommodates up to 300 guests with both an indoor and outdoor ceremony area, plus a panoramic pool for cocktails. Sala Rubino is ideal for intimate civil ceremonies up to 60 guests.
Yes. Civil ceremonies can be officiated on site at the Sala Rubino or in the gardens of Villa Belvedere. Religious ceremonies typically take place at Santa Sofia or the Cathedral of Benevento (both within 10 minutes), and we coordinate transfer for the bridal party and guests.
Yes. We offer fully tailored all-inclusive packages: venue rental, gourmet catering by our chef, floral design, wedding cake, DJ or live music, photographer coordination, and overnight accommodation for the couple plus group rates for guests in our 40 rooms and suites.
Wedding packages start from €120 per guest for our Essential menu. The total cost depends on the number of guests, the venue (Winter Garden, Villa Belvedere, Sala Rubino), the menu, and additional services (band, photographer, special decorations). Yes. Villa Traiano has 40 rooms and suites available for your guests at preferential wedding rates. The bridal suite is included in most packages. We typically reserve the entire hotel for medium-large weddings.
For Saturdays in the peak season (May to September), we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance. For weekday weddings or off-season dates (November to March), 6 months is usually sufficient. Contact us early to lock in your preferred date.
