Terms of Sale

1. Seller

These Terms of Sale govern the online purchase, on www.villatraiano.com, of vouchers, gift cards, experiences and event tickets of Hotel Villa Traiano. The seller is VT Hospitality S.r.l., single-member company, registered office Viale dei Rettori 9, 82100 Benevento (BN), Italy — VAT / Tax Code 01892000629 — REA BN-313670 — share capital € 10,000.00 fully paid-up — certified email (PEC) hospitality@pec.villatraiano.com — email info@villatraiano.com — phone +39 0824 326241.

2. Products, prices and payment

The features, validity and price of each product are shown on its product card. Prices are in euro and include VAT; there are no delivery charges. Payment is made online through the secure payment provider shown at checkout: VT Hospitality does not receive or store card details. The tax document required by law is issued for every purchase.

3. Conclusion of the contract and delivery

The contract is concluded when the payment is authorised. The voucher or ticket, with the order summary and these terms, is sent to the email address given at checkout, which is a durable medium. The voucher is personal and must be shown when used; services included in the voucher are subject to availability and must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel.

4. Right of withdrawal

Vouchers and gift cards without a fixed date of use: consumers may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day of purchase (Art. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement before the deadline to info@villatraiano.com or to the PEC hospitality@pec.villatraiano.com, which may use the form below. The full amount paid is refunded within 14 days of the notice, using the same means of payment, free of charge.

If, at the consumer's request, the service included in the voucher is used during the withdrawal period, withdrawal is no longer possible for the part already used (Art. 59(1)(a) Consumer Code).

Experiences, services and event tickets for a specific date or period: there is no right of withdrawal under Art. 59(1)(n) of the Consumer Code. Any option to change the date or obtain a refund is stated on the product card.

For information, assistance or complaints: info@villatraiano.com or +39 0824 326241. We normally reply within 7 working days. The legal guarantees for non-conforming services remain unaffected.

7. Personal data

Data provided for the purchase are processed by VT Hospitality S.r.l. to perform the contract and meet tax obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with consumers fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.
