Villa Traiano is an early-twentieth-century listed villa turned into a 40-room boutique hotel, with a rooftop spa, a roof garden and two wedding venues. The people who work here look after guests who come back, not room numbers.
Open roles
There are no published openings at the moment. We still welcome speculative applications: we keep them on file and come back to them when a role opens in the department you are interested in — which happens often ahead of the events season.

- Front Office & Concierge Welcome, check-in, looking after guests throughout their stay.
- Restaurant & Bar Service, breakfast, the La Vista roof garden and banqueting.
- Kitchen Kitchen brigade, catering for weddings and corporate events.
- Spa & Wellness Treatments, spa reception, fitness area.
- Housekeeping Caring for the 40 rooms and the villa’s public spaces.
- Events & Sales Weddings, meetings, groups: quotes, site visits, coordination.

We reply to every application that matches an active search. We cannot always reply straight away to speculative applications, but we read all of them.
