Our story
Villa Traiano was built in the early 1900s as the private residence of one of Sannio's most distinguished families. A monumental villa of local stone and Benevento travertine, it faces Viale dei Rettori — the most elegant promenade in the city. The Arch of Trajan stands just steps away. The Lombard walls rise directly opposite. The restoration, carried out with the philological rigour reserved for monuments, returned the villa to its original dignity while adding the comfort a modern traveller expects. Nothing was erased. Everything was revealed.
