Villa Traiano offers 3 modular meeting rooms in the historic centre of Benevento: Crystal Room (up to 150 in theatre layout), Topaz Room (up to 30, ideal for board meetings), and La Veranda (up to 60, with natural light and garden view). All rooms have 4K projectors, premium audio, dedicated Wi-Fi, climate control and a separate event entrance.
For a single-room conference, the Crystal Room hosts up to 150 attendees in theatre style or 80 in classroom layout. By combining the Crystal Room with the foyer and La Veranda, you can accommodate up to 250 attendees for hybrid events with breakout sessions and networking.
Yes. Our in-house chef designs catering menus for coffee breaks, business lunches, gala dinners and themed cocktail receptions, with options ranging from finger food to multi-course menus using local Sannio products and DOC wines. All dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher) are accommodated on request.
Yes. We offer all-inclusive corporate packages bundling room rental, coffee breaks, business lunch, AV equipment and overnight stay in our 40 rooms and suites at preferential corporate rates. Group rates start from 10 rooms; please request a personalised quote via our enquiry form.

Villa Traiano is ~80 km from Naples International Airport (Capodichino), roughly 1 hour by car. We can arrange shuttle service for delegates. Benevento Centrale train station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, with direct connections from Rome, Naples and Bari.
