Covid-19 and Safety Protocols

With the help of a team of experts and in compliance with the provisions of the national and international health authorities (WHO) regarding Covid-19, we have created the Villa Traiano Safe Destination Protocol, to protect the health of our guests and all staff:

Sanitization and sanitation of the rooms

At each departure the room and bathroom are sanitized, sanitized and ventilated for at least 60 minutes.

More frequent cleaning of air conditioning systems

Both the flow of outside air and the frequency of cleaning of the filters with the use of appropriate disinfectant products have been maximized.

Safety equipment for guests and hotel staff

Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for hotel staff and the Safety Kit (mask and sachets of disinfectant gel) will be available for guests. Guests will also find numerous hand sanitizer gel dispensers in all public areas and at hotel bars and restaurants.

Sanitization and reorganization of common areas

All the common areas of the hotel are sanitized and sanitized several times a day with specific equipment. The areas have been reorganized to ensure social distancing and an adequate level of safety. In this regard, special signage has been set up that will help guests to maintain the appropriate distance, to follow the anti-contagion rules and the correct routes to enter and exit the hotel and common areas.

Reorganization of meeting and event spaces

Even the spaces and flows of entry and exit from the meeting and event areas have been completely revised based on the rules of social distancing: all meeting rooms have adapted their capacities and are available in different set-ups to meet any need of our guests.

Staff training

All staff have been trained in relation to the new procedures and service standards required by the security protocol and the certification process.

Suppliers and partners have adopted the protocol and the new guidelines for the safety of guests and staff.
