These Booking Terms are jointly issued by the following entities, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Villa Traiano":

Together, for the activities within its remit, with Villa Traiano Management S.r.l., with operational headquarters in Benevento.

1. Scope

These terms govern the contractual relationship between Villa Traiano and the guest in relation to booking and staying at the hotel property. They apply to all bookings made through the official website, by telephone, by email or through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

2. Booking Confirmation and Guarantee

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation communication from the hotel, containing a summary of the stay, the applicable rate and the cancellation conditions. To guarantee the booking, a valid credit card number or advance payment may be required, depending on the selected rate.

3. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation conditions vary according to the rate selected at the time of booking:

Requests to change stay dates are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.
• Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

Upon check-in, each guest is required to present a valid identity document, as required by Italian law (art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.). Guest data will be communicated to the competent Police Headquarters (Questura) within 24 hours of arrival.

5. Prices and Payments

All published rates are inclusive of VAT. The Municipality of Benevento does not currently levy a city tax (imposta di soggiorno); should one be introduced, it will be charged separately at check-out.

Accepted payment methods are: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards and cash (within the limits set by current legislation). Payment for the entire stay is due at check-out, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.

6. Guest Responsibility

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's premises, furnishings and equipment during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of any damage to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. In the event of a violation, a sanitation charge for the room will be applied. Guests are required to comply with the hotel's internal regulations and the rules of conduct communicated at check-in.

7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Villa Traiano shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to force majeure, including, by way of example, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government orders, strikes, public service interruptions and any other unforeseeable event beyond the reasonable control of the hotel.

The hotel's liability for any damages is limited to the value of the booking, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of law.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with booking and staying at the hotel is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The competent court for any dispute is the Court of Benevento, without prejudice to the consumer's forum where applicable pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
